Five questions buyers ask about Property OS, answered plainly.
How do residents reach Property OS?
By chat or by phone. Whichever way a complaint comes in, it is filed as a work order, and it can lead on to a notice or a billing task. Your building team sees all of it in one command center, from intake to the task it produced.
Does Property OS fix things?
No. Property OS takes the complaint and turns it into a work order, a notice or a billing task. Repairs and site visits stay with your building team; billing and anything that needs agreeing with a resident stay with your staff. Requests outside the script go to a person.
How far along is Property OS?
It is in a proof of concept with a building operator. When it ends, this page will say what was tested and what came out of it, with dates. The operator is named only after it agrees in writing, and until then we publish no figures or testimonials.
Which languages does it take?
English and Korean. Residents can raise a complaint in either language. Recognition accuracy and response latency for each language will be published with their dates once they are measured, not before. Until then, this page makes no speed claims of any kind.
What does Property OS cost?
It is at proof-of-concept stage, so there is no public price list. Pilot pricing is available on request. Three things set it: the number of buildings, call volume and the CRM integration. We confirm those in a working session, then send a pilot quote.
