TecHub

One company builds 12 products in three cities.

What does TecHub build?

TecHub builds AI voice agents that answer the phone for restaurants, hotels, dealerships and clinics, and visual intelligence systems that turn store and site cameras into metrics. There are 12 products: seven on IVE (voice), five on VIS (vision). The voice agents share one runtime with our own call flow and voice-activity detection, and no third-party voice-agent platform in between.

Which products are live today?

As of October 13, 2026, two are live: Orda, which takes phone orders in US restaurants, and Overture AI, which answers dealership calls. gohotel.io is production-ready and open for pilots. Dallang and ReVision SDK are available. The other five are in early access, market-ready, proof of concept, procurement or architecture delivery.

Where is TecHub based?

TecHub is headquartered in Seoul, at 15 Magokjungang 2-ro, Gangseo-gu. Research and development is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The US entity, Techub USA, is in East Meadow, New York, and runs its own site at t3chub.com. One company builds and runs every product from these three cities.

The company sheet

How should we describe or cite TecHub?

Use this sentence: "TecHub (Seoul) builds AI voice agents for restaurants, hotels, dealerships and clinics (IVE), and visual intelligence systems that turn store and site cameras into business metrics (VIS)." For product names, stages and dates, cite techub.kr/facts, which carries the date of its last update. Client names appear only after written consent, so please describe deployments the way this site does.

The facts sheet

The demo is synthetic. Recordings and footage go up only with consent.

How does the demo on this site work?

The demo plays a call built from a synthetic script and says so on screen. Each turn is drawn as a trace while the result, such as an order ticket, fills in beside it. Your microphone is not used. Real recordings replace the scripts once clients clear them, and the live line opens only with its recording notice in place.

Are calls recorded, and can I delete a recording?

Not today. The site plays synthetic demos only, so no visitor's voice is recorded or stored. Before the live line opens, the privacy notice will state what is recorded, why, for how long, and how to delete it. Each live call will end with a one-click delete. Recordings of client calls are published only with consent.

Privacy notice

Why is there no footage of the vision systems?

Every frame we publish must be labeled with the vessel or site, the date and the camera, and cleared by the client. AegisView AI is in procurement for a public maritime program, so its footage waits for those terms. Until then the vision pages show layout drawings, marked as schematics rather than footage.

Language, hosting, integrations and price are set by your operation.

Do the agents speak Korean?

Yes. Six of the seven voice products work in Korean: Orda, gohotel.io, Overture AI, Sori AI, Dallang and Property OS. Dallang is Korean only. The others also take English; gohotel.io adds Japanese and Chinese, and Sori AI adds Bengali. Helm, the maritime English tutor, is English only. Korean latency figures are published once measured.

Can it run on our own servers?

Yes. The whole voice runtime can be installed on your servers, or split between your site and our cloud. Dallang is offered on-premises for companies and public agencies, and the vision systems can run on GPU servers on your premises. Which data must stay inside your network is settled in the working session, before any pilot.

The engineering sheet

What systems does it connect to?

Each agent ends a call with a record your staff can act on. Orda writes POS-ready orders, Overture AI logs callers in its built-in CRM, Sori AI books into a calendar and confirms by SMS, WhatsApp or KakaoTalk, and gohotel.io routes each request to one of nine departments. We check your own POS, PMS or CRM in the working session.

How much does it cost?

As of October 13, 2026, gohotel.io is the one product with published prices: Small property $199 (500 minutes); Midscale $999 (2,500 minutes · deployment fee waivable); Resort, custom quote. Everything else is quoted after scoping, because cost depends on call volume, locations, languages, integrations and on-premises hosting.

What happens in a working session?

You answer six questions when you book: name, work email, company, what you run, scale and timeline. A host emails a draft agenda and a few times. In the session we work through your real calls: what the agent handles, what goes to a person, what it connects to. Afterwards you receive a written scope and a pilot proposal.
